I am including these quotes in my book, but they’re just so great I had to share them with you. They are all from, perhaps the cleverest man of all time, Albert Einstein:

“Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.”

“It is my view that the vegetarian manner of living by its purely physical effect on the human temperament would most beneficially influence the lot of mankind.”

Quotations

Inspired by a friend’s blog post, I thought I would share my favourite quotations.

But, before we start, I must point out that quote is a verb and quotation is a noun. Therefore one would ‘quote a quotation’, and one cannot have a favourite quote. Gandhi does not have any quotes, he only has quotations. Glad we cleared that up.

OK, some of my favourites are:
